Executive Copilot gives CEOs and senior leaders an experienced, independent sounding board, someone outside the organisation who can challenge assumptions, bring a different perspective and help create clarity around what matters most.

Working directly with Haig, leaders have a confidential space to think through strategic choices, prioritise critical challenges and prepare for the conversations and decisions that shape the business. That can include everything from growth and transformation to leadership challenges, board preparation and navigating difficult moments of change.

The aim is not to make the decisions for you. It is to help you make better ones,  with greater clarity, confidence and conviction.

How It Works

Executive Copilot is an ongoing advisory relationship built around regular, dialogue-led sessions with Haig, complemented by analysis and support from the wider Haig Barrett team where needed.

A typical engagement includes 6+ hours of direct advisory time each month, a face-to-face session approximately every six weeks, and additional analytical support to keep important decisions and priorities moving between conversations.

Best suited for: CEOs, managing directors and senior executives who want a trusted strategic sounding board, someone who will listen, challenge, question and help them see the bigger picture when it matters most.
